Ghar me sabhi tarah ke paushtik aur manpasand ke vyanjan bhale garbhvati ko khilaye magar jo paani us ne kam piya to khatra hai. Voh kaise aage padhiye. 

  • Paani yaane liquid se to pet me rahe bachche ko poshan milta hai. Paani kam hoga to khoon thick ho jaayega aur saath me sharir ka karyakshamta bhi kam hoga. 
  • Paani kam hone se khoon me toxins badh jaate hai jo seedhe placenta dwara pet me bachche ke andar dakhil ho jaate hai. 
  • Paani kam peene se kidney par bojh jyaada ho jaata hai. 
  • Paani kam hone se sir me dard aur sharir me dard aur soojhan ho jaata hai. 
  • Pani kam hone se palte bachche ki tvacha sikud jaati hai. 
  • Dehydration ho jaaye to chakkar aane lagte hai aur kai haalaat me mahila premature labour me chali jaati hai. 
  • Acidity badh jaata hai aur sharir ka tapmaan badh jaata hai aur bachche ko uncomfortable feel hota hai. 
  • Paani kam peene se urinary infection ho sakta hai. 
  • Hamesha check kare apne peshab ka rang jo halka hona chahiye. Agar gehra hai to paani kam hai sharir me aur aap turant 1-2 glass paani pee le. Har roj 3 litres paani peena jaroori hai. Agar fruit juices peete ho to paani kam piyenge thoda to bhi chalega. Sirf paani peena achcha nahin lagta hai to green tea ya fruit juice ya lemon juice ya pudina-adrak-shahad ke saath banaya drink ko piye....और पढ़े>>
