भुजंगासन

Bujan yaane naag. Yogasan me har position ko janwaro ke position par se naam diya gaya hai. Bhujangasan mein sharir saap jaise apna position banata hai vaise hi aap ko apna  position banana hoga. Is se aap ke pet ke muscles  stretch honge aur metabolism par aisa prabhav padega ki charbi kam hone lagega. 

Bhujangasan karne ke liye: 

  • Pet ke bal let jaaye aur pair seedhe rakhe aur fir pairo ko thoda chauda kar de. 
  • Ab haatho ko kandhe tak le aaye aur hatheli jamin par rakhe. 
  • Gehree saans le aur sar ko upar uthaye.
  • Ab chaati aur pet ke bhaag ko ho sake itna upar uthaye. 
  • Sar ko seedha aakash ke taraf upar ghumaye. 
  • Saans bahar nikalte aap vapas let jaaye aur phir yehi kriya dohraye. 
  • Bhujangasan ke alag variations hai jis mein aap apne hatheliyo ko upar ke taraf rakh sakenge, ardha bhujangasan aur vakra hasta bhujangasan jis se pachan kirya majboot ho jaati hai. 
  • Bhujangasan kidney aur pachan tantra sudharta hai, kamar dard mita deta hai aur tanav door kar deta hai.
