Charbi ko pighlana hai to exercise karna jaroori hai. Ek ghante tak cycling kare to 350 calories burn hote hai aur ek kilo fat mein 7000 calories hote hai. 20 dino tak cycling kare to 1 kilo charbi kam hoga. Agar aise kadi mehnat karna pasand nahin hai to bina exercise ke aap ek mahine mein apna vajan kam kar sakte hai in aasaan nuskhe apnaa ke: 

  • Sugar bandh kar de. Carbonated drinks bandh kar de. Junk foods bandh kar de. Fried foods ko tyag kar de. Sharab aur tambaku ko tyag kar de. 
  • Paani khoob piye. Ho sake to is mein nimbu ka thoda ras, thoda namak, adrak ka ras pudine ka ras aur shahad mila ke piye.
  • Doodh ke padarth khaana bandh kar de.
  • Sirf fruit, nuts, vegetables aur dal par jeene ka koshish kare. Anaj ko bhi tyag kar de. Ho sake to fruits aur sabji kachche hi khaaye. Pachne me samay lagta hai aur jaldi bhook nahin lagta hai. 
  • Poore din kaam ya aur koi activity mein itna vyast rahe ki aap ko khaane ki yaad na aaye. Bhook lage to paani peeye ya to vegetable juice ka sahara le ya kakdi, gajar ko chaba ke khaaye. 
  • Savere long walk par jaaye aur raat ka halka bhojan karne ke baad bhi 15 minute to walk kare hee. 
  • Savere khaali pet karele ka juice piye. Garam paani mein nimbu ka ras, adrak ka ras, kaali mirch powder daal ke piye. 
  • Bhojan mein pyaaj aur hari mirch adhik khaaye.
