  • Shatavri, ashwagandha, vidarikand, amla churna ka mishran har roj do baar 5 gram sevan kare pani ya doodh mein mila ke. 
  • Cheese khaane se ladkiya moti ho jaati hai kyonki is mein protein ke saath oxytocin bhi shamil hota hai. 
  • Har roj ek akhrot, ek chamach alsi ke beej, thodasa sava daana aur til-gud avashya khaaye. 
  • Har roj ek avocado khaaye. Is mein sharir sudol karne vala fat hai. 0 to plus size paane mein aap ko deri nahin hogi!.....और जाने>>
