पुरूषों के लिए वज़न बढ़ाने वाले आहार

Agar purush dubla patla hai to log use mariyal kehte hai aur us ka prabhav nahin hota hai. Isiliye har ek purush ko koshish karna hoga ki us ka sharir bane. Weight training ke saath yogya aahaar jaroori hai. Sirf aahaar badha diya to pet badh jaayega. Exercise to avashya kare aur yeh aahar ka sevan karte rahe. 

  • Savere uth ke pachan sudharne ke liye garam paani mein nimbu ka ras, kali mirch powder, shahad aur adrak ka juice daal ke peeye. Adrak se bhook bhi badhega. 
  • Weight training kare savere, kam se kam 15 minute tak. Weight training ke baad turant ek ya do kele aur thodasa protein yukt breakfast jaroor kare. 2 uble ande, 1 glass doodh aur 2 kele shresht hai. 
  • 11 baje phir se light brunch khaaye jis mein fruit juice ho, wholegrain ki banavat ho aur protein fat ka mishran ho. 
  • Dopahar ke bhojan mein high protein le jaise ke do cup uble hue moong ya chane ya matar. Non-veg ho to 1-2 cup chicken ya mutton ya fish ho. Fiber bhi jaroori hai isiliye salad bhi khaaye jis mein aap sing daane daale. 
  • Roj 100 gram kaju khaaye. Is mein fat aur protein bharpoor hota hai aur sharir badhta hai. 
  • Har roj ashwagandha churna, vidarikand, amla aur musli churna ko doodh mein mila ke peeye. Ashwagandha maspeshiyo ke vrudhhi mein sahayak hai. 
  • Shaam ke 4-5 baje kuch khaaye jis mein fruit aur nuts ho to bhi chalega ya to ek glass lassi piye. 
  • Raat ke bhojan mein protein aur fat ho magar quantity jyaada na khaaye. 
  • Sone ke pehle ek glass doodh piye ya to fruit khaaye magar dono saath mein nahin. 
  • Agar intensive weight training karte ho to aap 3 liter doodh aur 6 andhe din mein khaayenge to jaldi se maspeshiyo mein vrudhdhi hota hai....और पढ़े>>
