Naake ka daya chidra ko daye haath ke anguthe se dabake saans andar kheenche. Vahi haath ke doosre do ungliyo se naak ke baye side ko dabaye aur daye side par se hi shvaas baahar nikale. Ab yahi kriya nak ke doosre side se kare. 
  3. Nadi Shodhan Pranayam bhi ek yogkriya hai jo sharir ke nervous system ko relax aur strengthen kar dene mein madadroop hota hai. Tapmaan is ke dwara niyantrit ho jaata hai. Padmasan ya khurshi mein seedhe baith ke kare. Ankhe bandh rakhe. Dayi nasika ko daye hath ke anguthe se bandh kar ke shvaas bahar nikale puri takat ke saath. Baye nasika se ab gehri shvaas le. Ab bayi nasika ko bhi bandh kar ke liye gaye shvaas ko andar hi andar circulation karte ho aise lungs ko fulaye aur dabaye aur ho sake tab tak shvaas rok ke rakhe. Daya angutha ko nasika par se hataye aur shvaas dheere se bahar nikale. Gardan upar kar ke dayi nasika se shvaas ko roke aur bayi nasika se bahar nikale. Yaane ki process adla badli karna hai do nasikao ke beech mein.

Dheeme se kariye yeh kriya ko. 
  5. Matsyaasan pranayam ko baith ke kare, preferably padmasan mein ya ardhapadmasan mein. Ab peeche ki taraf sharir ko leja ke let jaaye. Ghutne jamin ko touch kar ke rakhe. Dono kohni aur baaye pair ki anguthi jamin se sata kerakhe. Sar ko jamin ko touch kare magar gale ka peeche ka bhaag aur kandhe ka peeche ka bhag jamin se sparsh na ho. Is position mein shvaas le.   6. Sarvangasan blood circulation ko normal kar deta haiaur sharir mein energy level badha deta hai. Sharir ke sabhi ango ko kasrat mil jaata hai. Sarva matlab sabhi aur ang matlab sharir ke purje. Peeth ke bal jamin par let jaaye. Dono hath side mein seedha rakhe. Dono pair ko upar uthaye aur aage ki taraf aise laaye ki sar ke taraf aa jaaye aur ho sake to jamin par laga de. Sharir ko hatheliyo se support kare. Apka chin ap ke chest ko touch karna chahiye. Ab 10 baar dheeme se gehri saans le. 
  7. Viparit karni mudra bhi thodasa kathin yogasan hai. Let jaiye. Dono hatho ko jamin par rakhte hue sharir ko pairo se leke upar karte jaiye ho sake itna ooncha kare. Aap dekhenge ki jhatke se nitambo se sharir ko upar uthaye to aap safal honge. Ho sake itna upar uthaye. Vajan kandho aur gardan par aayega. Ek minute se leke 5 minute tak position hold kare aur dheeme saanse lete rahe.
