संयम के साथ खाना कारगर क्‍यों नहीं होता

Har ek vyakti ka metabolism alag hota hai:  Koi chahe itna khaaye magar slim rehta hai. Koi alp maatra mein khaaye to bhi us ka vajan badh jaata hai. Aise mein agar vajan ghatane ke liye aap ne sirf khaana khaane mein saiyam ka hi palan kiya to koi farak nahin hoga.

Dieting yaane ki khaana kam khaana yeh vyarth hai. Aap ek week tak ya ek mahine tak karenge to us ka thoda asar hoga. Magar beech mein aap ko teevra ichcha ho gayi aur aap ne pet bhar ke khaa liya to mehnat tapasya mitti mein mil jaati hai. Dieting mein sharir ko kam poshan milta hai aur dimag mein craving khade ho jaate hai jin ka pratikar karna mushkil hota hai.

Dieting Karne ke Sahi or Asaan Tarike :

  • Paani jyaada piye.
  • Chini, junk foods or fry foods ko apna dushman samajh le.
  • Khanne ki maatra kam karne ke badle aise high fibre cheez ko khaane ki aadat daale ki pet hamesha bhara lage aur bhookh kam lage.
  • Doosri baat hai ki khaana dheere dheere khaaye, khoob chaba chaba ke. Beech beech mein ruke aur baat cheet karte rahe.
  • Saath mein fruit juice (bina chini ke) ya vegetable juice peene ka rakhe ya to green tea peene ka rakhe. Chote size ke portions le. Chote size ke dishes chune.
  • Dieting mein maatra kam nahin kiya jaata hai magar khaane ka menu kuch is prakar se chuna jaata hai ki aap ko sabhi poshak tatva mil jaaye, khaas kar ke carbohydrates, proteins aur fats aur us ke saath khanij padarth aur vitamin.
