  • Anaj ko bhi bandh kare ya bilkul bandh kare. Chaval to na hi khaaye. Bhune hue chane khaaye. Ande khaaye ubal ke savere to din bhar urja se bhare rahenge.
  • Doodh ki banavat bhi bandh kar de. 
  • Poore din vyast rahe kaam mein ya aur koi activity mein to khaane ki yaad na aaye. 
  • Biscuits, jam, bread, pastries, cake aur namkeen apne ghar me na rakhe. 
  • Savere uth ke 2 glass garam paani peene ki aadat dale. Pani mein karela ka juice aur nimbu ka ras milaye. Din mein pyaj aur hara mirch avashya khaaye. 
  • Khaate samay TV na dekhe na hi padhe. Poora dhyan khaane par rakhe. 
  • Poore 8 ghante so jaaye. Kam neend se cholesterol level aur fat badh jaata hai. 
  • Tanav se mukt rahe aur har roj kapalbhati aur yogasan kare.

daal aur chach ka sevan khanne main adhik karen tali hui cheezon ka tayag karen aur bhuni hui cheezen adhik khayen padal khoob chaalen pet apne aap kam ho jayeg.
