  • Dopahar ke bhojan mein salad, dahi, dal ya to chana, matar jaise protein yukt aahar le. Paneer khaaye dahi ke badle. Non-veg ho to fish ya chicken ya mutton khaaye. 2-3 roti ho jis par ghee lagaya ho aur sabji ho saath mein. 
  • Shaam ke 4-5 baje kaju khaaye 100 gram aur fruit khaaye. 
  • Raat ka bhojan halka rakhe aur 8 baje khaaye. 
  • Paani khoob piye. 
  • 8 ghante neend le. 
  • Tanav mukt rahe.
  • Sharab, tambaku, chai, coffee aur cola drinks na le. 
  • Mas peshiyo ki vrudhi ho is ke liye ashwagandha aur shatavri churna raat ko doodh mein daale aur ek chamach ghee daal ke pee le...और पढ़े>>
