Aahar ke Main Components

Aahar balanced hona chahiye yane ki proteins, carbohydrates aur fats, jo basic hai, sabhi sahi maatra me hone chahiye. Carbohydrates jyada khaye to lambe samay par tvacha thodisi bejaan ho jayegi. टमाटर (Tomato)

Season me tamatar mehnge nahin hai. Inhe pakaye bina hee khaye to bahut labh hoga kyonki in me hai lycopene aur carotenoid jo skin damage ko niyantrit karte hai aur ek anokha nikhar laate hai. 

अंडे (Eggs)

Anda ek sampurna aahar hai kyonki is me fats aur protein ka sahi mishran hai. Saath me hai biotin jo tvacha ke liye gunkari hai aur tvacha ko sukhne se aur wrinkles se bacha ke rakhta hai. 

अनार (Pomegranate)

अखरोट (Walnuts)

Pulses vegetarians ke liye proteins ka important source hai. Protein se tvacha ke koshika ka nirman hota hai aur collagen bhi banta hai. Har roj udad ka dal, rajma, moong, mutter, chana ya toor avashya khaye. 

जैतून का तेल (Olive oil)

Chehre ke tvacha ko nikharne ke liye aur saundarya badhane ke liye olive oil amrut hai. Is me hai monounsaturated fatty acids jis se tvacha jawan rehta hai. Olive oil me rahe polyphenols se rakshan milta hai skin damage se.

Har roj santre aur nimbu ka ras peene se Vitamin C milta hai. Yeh antioxidant hai aur cell repair me kaam aata hai. Chehre par lagaye to rang nikhar jaata hai. Ras jitna hee important hai chilka. Santre ke chilke ko sugar syrup me candy bana ke khaye to cancer se bachoge aur UV damage se rakshan milta hai. Vitamin C aur omega 3 jo ek saath paana hai to Kiwi fruit khaye. Skin smooth ho jayega. 

मसाले और जड़ीबूटी (Spices and Herbs)

Spices aur herbs me hote hai flavonoids aur essential oils jo kam maatra me bhi powerful kam karte hai. Hamesha laung, dalchini, rosemary, hara dhaniya aur pudina ka sevan kare. System saaf rahega, lahu vikar nahin hoga aur complexion clear rahega. 

सोया (Soy)

Mahilao ke saundarya ke liye soy bejod hai kyonki soy me hai aglycone jo jhurriya kam kar deta hai aur collagen ka nash hone se bachav karta hai. 

गाजर (Carrot)

 पालक (Spinach)

आमला (Amla)

Aur akhir me aamla. Jab saundarya ki baat hai aur tandurasti ki to amla amrut hai. Amla ka juice peeye aur tvacha par lagaye. Hamesha jawan rakhega!
