जानिए डेंगू के मरीज को क्या और कैसा आहार खाना चाहिये?

Kaise rakhe dengue ke mareez ka khas khayal  : Hazaro saal ayurved mein yeh maana jaata hai ki aahar hi aushadh hai. Theek se aahaar le to vyakti lambe samay tak nirogi reh sakta hai.   • Moong: Protein yukt aahar to chahiye magar pachana bhi kathin hota hai. Aise mein moong ya moongdal protein deta hai aur pachne mein aasaan hai.
  • Doodh: Dengue ke mareez ke liye doodh supachya sampurna aahar hai. Doodh ko tab tak ubale jab tak is ka rang thoda peela ho jaaye aur is mein jaifal ka thodasa powder mila de.  
  • Herbal tea: Savere saada chai dene ke badle mareez ko herbal tea pilaye jis mein ho green tea, adrak, shahad, kali mirch powder, shahad aur chutki dalchini powder. Yashtimadhu aur pipermool powder milane se aur bhi labhdayak hota hai mareez ke liye.
  • Fruit aur vegetable juice: Kyonki bhaari khurak pachane mein taklif hota hai isiliye aap mareez ko fruit aur vegetable juice pilate rahiye. Yeh ras mein navchetna paida karne ki taqat hoti hai aur pachne mein bhi halke hote hai jis se recovery jaldi ho jaata hai. Gajar, pyaj, palak, hara dhaniya ka ras se fayda hota hai. Falo mein santra, narangi, tarbuj fayda dete hai.
