गर्भावस्था में जरूरी विशेष आहार

  • Fats bhi chahiye kyonki fats bachche ke andar spinal cord or nervous system ke development mein jaroori hai. Vegetarian ho to makhan, ghee, kaju, singdana, badam aur akhrot se milega. Non-vegetarian mein eggs aur meat mein se fats milenge.
