Agar subah ke nashte mein dahi paratha khaane ka rivaz hai to yeh galat nahin hai wazan niyantran rakhne ke drishti se. Breakfast din ka pehla aahaar hai aur aisa hona chahiye ki aap ko din bhar sfurtila rakhe.Kyaa aap jaanna chahte hai ki kaise breakfast ko wazan karne ke kliye ustemal kare? Breakfast kare aese aur kare wazan kam: 

  • Bread, biscuit, jam aur fried cheez ko bilkul na khaaye breakfast mein. 
  • Breakfast mein 2 uble ande khaana shresht hai aap ko poore din energized rakhne mein. Sabhi poshan tatva mil jaate hai.
  • Vegetarian ho to ankurit dal jaise ki moong aur chane ko halke se ubal ke tadka deke khaaye aur saath mein fruit, kakdi, pyaaj, hari mirch aur anya sabji ka istemal kare. 
  • Vegetarian ke liye upma ya daliya bhi uttam hota hai. Dahi ke saath lene se din bhar power milta rahega aur bhook bhi jaldi nahin lagega. 
  • Chini vali chai na piye. Green tea piye jis mein doodh aur chini na ho. 

Power breakfast kiya ho to aap ko heavy lunch ki jaroorat nahin hai. Ek bada glass chaach ya bada katori dahi ya ubla dal khaaye ya to salad khaaye to bhi chalega. Jhat pat kuch khaana hai to paneer ke tukde ko khaa le.
