Viral Bimaria : Mausam badalta hai, baarish aati hai aur saath laati hai machcharo se hone vala khatra. Malaria, Chikungunya, Dengue jaise bimariya fail jaati hai aur hazaro log is ke shikar ban jaate hai.
Yeh bimariya viral hai. Virus ka ek khas gun hai ki voh blood platelet count kam kar deta hai. Khaas kar ke malaria aur dengue mein is ka asar gambhir hota hai.

Khoon mein kai prakar ke koshika hoti hai. In mein hai red blood cells, white blood cells aur plateletes. Platelets ka ek kaam hai khoon ko clot karne mein madadroop hona. Low platelet count ke khatron se bachne ke liye aap yeh upay aajmaaye:

  • Papita : Papeete ke patte chikungunya, malaria aur dengue hone par istemal kiya jaaye to platelet count bahut shighrata se improve hoga. Taaje patte ka ras din mein 3 baar peena chahiye. Patte na milne par kachcha papeeta ya pakka papeeta khaaye. Kachcha ho to halka sa paka ke khaaye.
  • Chukandar : Chukandar ka ras bhi atyant gunkari hai platelet count badhane mein. Hemoglobin count mein bhi badhotri hoti hai. Kam se kam 50 ml juice piye ek baar aur aisa din mein 3 baar le.
  • Wheatgrass: Gehu ke jvaare ka ras mein bhi bharpoor iron hota hai jis ke peene se hemoglobin aur white blood cell count badh jaata hai. Kam se kam 150 ml piye.
  • Kiwi :  Kiwi fruit ka istemal kare kyonki is mein hai Vitamin E, C aur polyphenols.
  • Kaddu : Kaddu mein vitamin K hota hai jo immunity badhata hai aur blood clotting (khoon jamane) mein madadroop hota hai. Ras bana ke piye din mein 2 baar.
  • Anar : Anar ke daane ka juice nikal ke din mein 3 baar piye. Yeh iron se bharpoor hota hai aur sharir ke toxins ko jaldi se bahar nikal deta hai.
  • Giloy : Giloy yane ki guduchi ke goli din mein 3 baar le. Giloy ka upyog papeete ke patte, kumari aur anardane ke juice ke saath kiya jaaye to 3 din mein hi rahat milta hai dengue mein.
  • Alsi: Alsi ke beej aur akhrot ka sevan kare kyonki in mein hota hai omega 3 jo immunity ke liye behad jaroori hai.
  • Nimbu : Nimbu ka ras ya amla ka ras piye kyonki in mein se aap ko milega Vitamin C. Tamatar, santre, palak jaise fal-sabji mein se bhi aap ko Vitamin C mil jaayega.
  • Paani : Saath mein yeh dhyan rakhe ki mareez ko poorte praman mein paani bhi peena chahiye. Sirf paani ya to mosambi ka sharbat pilaate rahiye.
