Jaahir baat hai ki agar raat ko deri se so gaye to doosre din jaldi uthna kathin baat hai aur sardiyo me to khaas jab kambal se bahar nikalne ki ichcha nahin hoti hai. Aise me kya kare to sardiyon me jaldi se uth sake?

Aankh khule to bed par pade na rahe. Turant khade ho jaaye aur bahar jaaye ya parde khole aur paani pee ke brush kar ke kaam kaaj me lag jaaye.
